"Not the cheapest at all"
I expected better prices, but a lot of what I saw was higher than at other stores. At this point, it doesn’t really feel worth shopping here, and if it stays like this, I’ll probably just start buying elsewhere.

"Communication was okay, but a bit confusing"
They did reply to my emails, which I appreciated, but sometimes the details were a little unclear. I had to go back and check the receipt and previous messages a few times to make sure I understood everything correctly. Overall it was fine, but the communication could definitely be clearer

"Delivery was on time, no hassle"
Ordered from electroprecio.com the delivery was solid. They gave me a time window and the package showed up when they said it would, so I wasn’t stuck chasing it around or dealing with any drama. The box had a little scuff on it, but the item inside was totally fine. Not 100% perfect, but overall it was a decent experience and I’d probably order from them again.

"Faster delivery than I expected"
I usually stick with the bigger retailers I already know, so ordering from electroprecio.com felt like a bit of a gamble for me. But the delivery was quick and I got updates along the way, which made me feel better about it. The package showed up in good condition too. It did arrive one day later than the first estimate, so not totally perfect, but overall I’m happy and would consider ordering from them again

"The tracking was pretty much useless, haha..."
The tracking was pretty much useless, haha. It kept saying my order was still being prepared, and then out of nowhere the delivery guy called to say he was already outside. No email update, no proper delivery date, and basically nothing matched what the tracking page showed.
I reached out to support, but they just repeated the same tracking info I could already see myself. It was really frustrating, especially since I’d taken time off work to be around for the parcel. i don’t think I’ll order again.

"Showed up damaged"
The box was broken when it arrived, and the item had scratches on it. I mean, you’d expect something to be packed well enough to make it through shipping, so this was disappointing

"Refund took a while, but it worked out"
The return process took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. To be fair, the refund did come through in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just slower than I would’ve liked.

"Shopping Here Felt Like a Mini Battle"
I had such a frustrating time using the site. I was just trying to find what I needed, but the filters kept resetting like they were personally out to get me. Then checkout on my phone dragged on forever, which made the whole thing feel way more dramatic than it needed to be. The prices were fine, but the website turned a simple purchase into an unnecessarily annoying ordeal.

"Warranty support took way too long"
I reached out about a warranty issue and the replies were really slow. It’s still not sorted out yet, which is frustrating. I was hoping it would be a quicker fix, but so far it’s been a bit of a hassle tbh.
